Allan Christian Rocha is a professional who has dedicated his entire career to project management. For about 12 years working with implementations of projects based on the Microsoft PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Solution.
When starting your education in computer sciences had the opportunity to work in two of the largest consulting firms in project management of Brazil, Stefanini and AeC Group, where could experience countless challenges and meet various types of customers acquiring the necessary experience so he could take a step forward and follow his own dreams.
At the age of 21 years he founded his own company, Sotis Consulting, a company specialized in project portfolio management and content management. During this period was not limited to the Brazilian market, and in partnership with EPM Solutions, trained and led, for more than 3 years, a remote team specialized in cloud services for project and portfolio management platforms.
With the rapid business growth and the need to maintain the focus and quality of services, Sotis Consulting and Belo Horizonte Sistemas (BHS) have teamed up in 2008 to increase the supply capacity of project management solutions and content management. As Director of consulting, orchestrated, for more than 3 years, a solid maturity and growth of your team composed of more than 40 consultants who soon would become a national reference in innovation and quality.
Dedicating his career entirely to project management, in July 2010 was nominated Microsoft Project MVP (Most Valuable Professional), title which keeps for more than 5 years.

Sold its holdings in Belo Horizonte Sistemas (BHS) in 2011 and moved to Denmark, where for 3 years worked as the leader of a high-performance team, increasing its capacity by 55% and surpassing in 45% the expected performance.
